Paint.NET is image and photo manipulation application.
It was designed with all the features and elements of the user interface to be intuitive and can learn quickly without help immediately. To cope with the multiple images easily, Paint.NET uses a tabbed document interface. The tabs display a thumbnail of the image instead of descriptive text. This makes navigation very simple and fast.

It also includes amendments that helps disk image brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, curves, and levels. You can also convert an image to black and white, dark brown or mitigate.
